Katwijk beach where dogs are allowed all year round on the stretch north of the outfall (beach section C).

According to the municipality of Katwijk, dogs and anglers are allowed all year round on the part of the beach north of the outfall, section C, next to the Airtime kite club. On the rest of the beach, dogs, horses and anglers are not allowed between 9:00 and 19:00 from 1 April to 1 October. If the forecast for those hours is below 18 degrees and/or it is raining, dogs are also allowed on the beach during the day. You do not have to keep your dog on a leash on the beach. Picking up dog waste is mandatory.
