Harskamp is a fenced off-leash dog area of 17 hectares on the Veluwe. You can park at the car park on the N310, level with the Hoog Buurloseweg in Harskamp. On the Veluwe, Staatsbosbeheer, the Dutch state forestry service, allows dogs off the lead in a number of areas, but only under recall: the dog stays on the path, close to its owner, and responds immediately to commands.
