At the third beach from the village of Lauwersoog (at the corner of Marneweg and Strandweg) lies a small dog beach with two sandy beaches separated by grassland, where dogs may run off-leash year-round and swim safely in gradually deepening water. Amenities: two toilets and free parking on Strandweg. Nearby is beach pavilion Meerzicht (dogs welcome on the terrace).
