The Baarnse Bos is a roughly 88-hectare wooded park in the south of Baarn, with wide paths and a park-like layout. According to several dog-walking resources, dogs may run off-leash here year-round. Parking is available near the former station building (now Eethuys de Generaal) on the Lt. Gen. van Heutszlaan. Always check local signage on site, as the municipality of Baarn's official off-leash map lists other, separately named zones (Bosje Van IJsendijk, Beltgat, Uitlaatveld bij de Speeldoos, Losloopgebied Eemdal-Zuid).
